Description

On this fun packed course,  we will teach you, how to bake delicious cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, and breads. We will carry out full class demonstrations, whilst you follow the tutor’s lead.

The cakes you will bake include favourites such as:
⦁ Victoria Sandwich
⦁ Chocolate Cake
⦁ Carrot cake (with cream cheese frosting)
⦁ Red Velvet Cupcakes
⦁ Mouth-watering Cookies, Bread and more.

During any down time you will be given a fun quiz constructed to enhance your knowledge.  We will give you guidance on top tips and explain the do’s and do mots during your cake baking exploration.

At the end of the evening, you will take home your delicious treats week after week and give us your friend’s and family’s feedback!

On this course you will be given a weekly shopping list but most of the equipment will be supplied by us.
