Date 11th June 2025 18.30pm-21.00pm (Wednesday evenings).

Level Beginner/Intermediate.

This is a six-week course where you will learn how to decorate and stack a tiered cake.

You will be taught step-by-step how to coat/cover your cakes smoothly producing fabulous results. You will also learn, how to transport cakes safely and decorate to a high standard. Here, you will learn a variety of contemporary cake decorating techniques. Along the way, you will trouble-shoot and have fun learning and you will learn a lot of handy hints and tips, you will be surprised at what you will achieve! Don’t delay enrol now.

You will be required to purchase some of the materials. You will be given a weekly shopping list.
